Currently we are looking for qualified candidates to join our Amadeus Service Hub in the capacity of Customer Support Specialists, who will support our clients in several countries of the region.

You will be one of the driving forces behind the development of Amadeus conceptual solutions, by collecting feedback from customers and by suggesting and implementing improvements continuously to achieve call deflection and prevention.

Your goal would be also to push Amadeus Service Hub services and support customer adoption and usage. Being user of the support tools, you will also continuously train all support teams and other parties involved in the support chain in all support related processes and tools.

In this role you will also monitor the quality after product launch and proactively drive improvements.

Requirements :

• 2 to 5 years of experience in travel industry, technical support or IT department
• Basic understanding of Amadeus Products and Solutions
• Understanding of travel industry
• Good PC skills
• Fluent in English, Russian and Ukrainian
• Should be flexible, stress-resistant and communicative person.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as Amadeus customers' first level of support for all products & solutions via phone, Amadeus Service Hub and/or other media in line
• Log all cases in the appropriate Amadeus tool and assure correct and comprehensive data to enable meaningful reports and analysis
• Utilize full product knowledge and problem resolution skills, identify when own knowledge has been exhausted and appropriate escalation of the problem should be made (including all necessary diagnosis)
• Identify general outages and service-disruption and act according to the defined help desk escalation procedures
• Ensure deep and comprehensive diagnosis and escalate with all relevant information
• Keep close contact with the customer and provide the solution mainly over phone, e-mail, Amadeus Service Hub.
• Quickly and efficiently turnaround cases assigned to the group and proactively resolve problems within agreed service levels using logical, efficient and structured root.
• Ensure that a problem is resolved with tenacity using all means and tools at your disposal.
