Project:
We are gathering team of best people to implement the core of unique
solution for one of the most complicated world's problem which might
change how countries are governed.

The requirements are:
● At least 3 years of Python development experience
● English at least average spoken and written (so we can have quality live discussions)
● Eager to learn new way of coding
● Eager to work without frameworks real hardcore coding
● Trustful person as this is a strategic project

Nice to have:
● C/C++ experience (at least few years to be credible)
● Networking experience
● Perl
● Regex

Culture and work:
● Develop core of the platform mostly back-end work
● Intensive work with best-in-class people. You'd grow as professional by magnitudes.
● Hardcore coding without frameworks
● Remote work (timezones matter though) or come to Vilnius.
○ The country doesn't matter, timezones matter. It can diverge by -1 to +5 hours from Vilnius timezone.

Rewards:
● Salary 2000-5000 USD.
○ Lithuania: 1600 - 4000 EUR (after taxes. i.e. that's what they really get) + bonuses for team performance.
● Considerable bonuses for good team and individual performance.
● Your work will matter: be the part of the team who implemented unique world-level solution which likely will be discussed and presented in various forums etc.

Additional notes:
● Don’t present skills that are of a very low level (i.e. if you’ve written 500 lines of Python code, that doesn’t mean you know Python).
